A19 - take A66 (Darlington) turning. Teesside Park slip road.
Left down Princeton Drive at first roundabout.
Straight on at next roundabout. Then right into Harvard Avenue at next.
Left at next roundabout into University Boulevard. Keep going straight, through next roundabout. Turn down Columbia Drive on right. Down to roundabout at the end and turn left to Dunedin House.

From A19 - take the A66 (Darlington/Stockton) turning. Exit A66 at Teesside Park /Teesdale slip road. Stay in the right-hand lane, at the top of the slip road turn right at traffic lights. Cross bridge over the A66 to next roundabout and take first exit on to Princenton Drive. Travel straight on (first exit) at first roudabout, then at next roudabout turn right (third exit) on to Harvard Avenue. Take the first exit (left) at roundabout on to University Boulevard. Take the first exit (straight across) at the next roudabout. Turn right on to Columbia Drive. For Atkins take the first left turn into Dunedin House (Riverside). For Faithful&Gould take the second left turn into Dunedin House (Quayside).
