Quality assurance
All our businesses are certified to ISO 9001:2000. And in 2009, we expect to satisfy the requirements of the revised standard for quality management systems, ISO 9001: 2008, following Atkins China’s lead in achieving approval.

The Group maintains a comprehensive programme of assurance for its management systems and is pursuing a consistent approach to systems certification globally. We also continue to develop the skills required to create, implement and maintain effective management systems, by investing in the development of our Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) managers.

Client feedback
We continue to improve how we engage with our clients and to obtain better feedback on our performance through Key Account Management (KAM) and Client Relationship Management (CRM).

Working with our supply chain
We continue to review how we engage and influence our supply chain on CR priorities depending on the services they provide to Atkins. From environmental responsibility to health and safety management, we try to ensure that our suppliers are complying with our standards and expectations.
